What an improvement over our old refrigerator

We replaced our side-by-side refrigerator after 32 years of service and are very happy Our new LG fridge still provides lots of freezer space which seems much more accessible and with the double upper doors seems to give us even more refrigerator space. Its nicely designed including the interior water fill option. Our old one had an exterior ice and water fill but always left water on the floor in front of the fridge. Plus the new one has loads of new features. We are enjoying the new refrigerator every time we open the door

This is my 2nd LG refrigerator my 1sr was a 3 door. This time I went with the double freezer drawers. I couldnt figure out why the ice maker made only 1/2 basket of ice. Its the way it works. Added a second container to move ice to which works. Figure this out from a service call.

Ive had this fridge for about a year and have had no complaints. It runs very quiet. Its also easy to move which is nice for cleaning. It looks great and the stainless is so easy to keep clean. We had a small plastic piece break on the door hinge but LG sent out a part right away free of charge that we could very easily change out ourselves.

Lg French door Refrigerator

Bought in 2021. Control board went out 2023. Yet I had the Lowes plan so they came out in 5 days and fixed it. It seems to be cooling better than when I first purchased it. I like the freezer on the bottom and that theres 2 drawers. This way I can separate seafood items from the ice maker drawer. I like the water dispenser on the inside so the front looks simple and sleek.

Love it but it has freezer issues

We have had our refrigerator 2 years and about 1 year in the bottom freezer track began icing over. This caused the ice maker in the upper drawer to also have problems because although they are separate drawers they use the same space. After the 1st repair there was no ice on the tracks for about a week. After the 2nd repair track replaced ice is once again building up on the same left track. I dont know if this is fixed in newer models but its definitely a problem on ours. We LOVE the fridge the inner water dispenser and the idea of the separate Freezer drawers....just wish I didnt have to keep calling for repairs. Get the warranty

Love my new LG Refrigerator

I am extremely happy with my new LG refrigerator. It is spacious and is well lit. There are two freezers on the bottom which is handy. One I access daily and use the second freezer for items I need later. Everything stays frozen - no doors to open.

Great refrigerator

I have had this fridge for about 2 months. I bought it because I liked the way it looked the freezer capacity and the internal water dispenser. Best fridge I have owned by far. Very quiet and plenty of room in the fridge and freezer.

Broke after 11 months

Bought nov 2021 the fan motor quit after 11 months after going 2 months without service lg finally refunded our money and allowed us to keep the fridge which I repaired myself so that was nice the o.e.m part was bigger than the original so it must have had the wron motor in to begin with all is good now

A Very Nice Refrigerator

Im very happy with my purchase. The fridge is beautiful and spacious and reminds me when Ive left the door open for too long. The three different draws multiple wide door shelves and two large freezer draws help me to organize food nicely. I would recommend this refrigerator without hesitation.

Great Fridge but some issues

I bought this in June had an August delivery date. Once I got the fridge after a few weeks noticed a good amount of frost on the drawer slides and inside and on top of the ice bin. I called LG and they sent a tech out to fix that issue replaced the faulty part and within a few weeks I noticed the frost was slowly going away. So other than the issues from the factory this fridge is great Love all the space we have in the fridge and even the freezer drawers offer much more space than our old side by side fridge

Love this Looks sharp fingerprint resistant lots of room. The interior water dispenser accomodates tall water bottles which is a plus. It would be nice if they included an ice scoop but easily purchased elsewhere.

My second LG 27 cu/ft

I DID buy my second 27 cu/ft LG refrigerator because of the love I had for my first LG LFX25974ST 01 model refrigerator EVEN THOUGH it unfortunately succumbed to lineal compressor failure. I owned it since 2012 10 years. It was the pride of my kitchen performing its duty flawlessly until the end. My new LMWS27 is an amazing tool. Somebody finally analyzed the contents of a normal family refrigerator and provided us with solutions. The main one being storage of refrigerate after opening condiments sauces gallon jugs jars and bottles that clutter up the shelves and leave us with no room for leftover storage. This gem holds EVERY ONE of these items in the oversized door shelves Leaves so much space on the shelves albeit a very slight bit shallower for FOOD. See pics The compromise is having no water or ice in the door which was a subject resolved by being the lesser of two evils. We were right Its a pleasure to open the door for ice and dispensed water knowing we can itemize and see all the aforementioned items in a neat arrangement. Kudos to LG Now for the ONLY inconveniences. Please add a second light in the lower freezer compartment and devise a butter storage shelf w/ cover to attach to the upper side wall of the food compartment. Thanks. Note to prize consideration: if this were to win the prizePLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me a compressor and condenser for my old 10 year refrigerator Ill give it to someone who can love it like I did.

Recent undiagnosable problem ruins our experience

We purchased this item about a year ago. Within the last month or so the fridge has been making an hourly double-knock noise. Multiple calls to your support number have proved worthless despite lowering temperatures and cleaning the coils as advised. The noise is so loud that we can hear it from the other end of our house. The smart diagnosis did not show any problems.

We have had this fridge for a year now. The fridge too with the water faucet inside is fantastic it has a lot of flexible space to hold food. The two drawer freezer does not actually hold that much. If you freeze a lot of food I would not recommend this unit.

Love the 2 door freezer 27 cu ft space

The two door freezer is great. Easy access to all freezer items without digging. two doors are easier to open than one large one without a special handle to break the mag seal. W hate the deep freezers requiring moving items to get to the lower layer items. The 27 cu ft is a bonus since we did not want the door ice. The ice maker can be switched off. A french door top with a tap to see or half open is the only missing item but we opted for this unit since needed ASAP. No comment of veggie slides since only just got the unit. The door alarm for all doors is a nice ding tone for 5 sec after 2 minutes and dings every minute it is open. The alarm is not obnoxious. I tested the temp setting and it is accurate to +/- 2 degrees hovering around the target temp. Online reviews mention the compressor was loud but it is less than 56db our dishwasher level and only dumping ice in freezer no door ice in the bucket is ever heard. A very quiet unit.
